The Mazi TMT app (referred to as the "Application") is provided by Thane Transport (referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following terms:

- All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time.
- Charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to users.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for certain aspects, including internet connectivity issues or charges incurred from data usage.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and are advised against jailbreaking or rooting them.
- Third-party services used by the Application have their own Terms & Conditions.
- The Service Provider may update the Application and terminate its use without notice.
Privacy Policy:
This privacy policy applies to the Mazi TMT app (referred to as the "Application") and outlines how user data is collected, used, and protected by the Service Provider.
- The Application collects information such as location for nearby bus stop & weather forecast, user can select to give the permission access.
- User-provided information may include name, email, mobile number
- Collected data is used for personalized content, analytics, and to enhance user experience.
- Third-party services used by the Application have their own Privacy Policies.
- Users can stop data collection by uninstalling the Application.
- User-provided data is retained as long as the Application is used.
- The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.

All your personal information shall be stored in secured environment and shall only be shared with our registered Service Providers on the need basis to deliver the requested services.
Payment Data : We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a upi/credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument.

Return & Refund Policy:
The Mazi TMT app (referred to as the "Application") allows for returns and refunds of purchased tickets under certain conditions.
- No Refunds for Purchased Tickets:
- Once a ticket is purchased, the ticket amount may not be refunded.
- Users cannot claim a refund for unused or untravelled ticket amounts.
- Failed Payment Refunds:
- In the event of a failed payment where money is deducted but the ticket purchase is not successful, the deducted amount will be refunded to the source.
- Refunds for failed payments will be initiated automatically and may take 5-8 working days to reflect in the source account.
- Other Issues:
- For any other issues or inquiries, users can contact customer support via the Contact Us section within the Application.
- Our support team will assist users with any additional concerns or queries they may have regarding ticket purchases or application functionality.
